Pelham site OK for new high school, group claims
01.03.10
Pelham - Pelham Three residents, including two candidates Philosophy Board of Directors, which support the proposed secondary school found the pattern to be dry during a site walk after heavy rains last week.
The third candidate, who will not waver on, runs the site is too wet to build on.
Saturday afternoon, the candidate Andy Ducharme Rob and blood red and resident Bill Scanzani walked the 32 acres off Windham Tech.
"We have seen land, Pristine Dry," Ducharme said.
"It was bone dry, you could walk there in thin slippers, Scanzani said.
Hardy said that dry conditions dispel allegations of some people in the village that the land is too wet for the new school. They thought that the march, after several days of fall rains and flooding in parts of the city, was a good opportunity to see if the soil well drained, Plucky said.
The group took pictures and video of these conditions.
